A comment under an ad is a raised hand nobody answers.
People who comment are already interested and almost never followed up. Replying in public costs credibility, replying in private costs time. Doing both, on every page you manage, is where a team stops scaling by hand.
Comment to private message
A public reply that reads like a human, and a private message that starts the qualification.
Keyword rules per post
One post, one campaign, one rule. Case and accents do not matter, and a blocklist keeps the noise out.
Several client pages
Each page keeps its own rules and its own setter. Nothing is shared by accident.
One thread per person
Comment, private message and DM on another channel end up on the same contact.
What a campaign looks like
Assumed figures, not client results. Replace them with yours.
Comments on the post
Matching the keyword
Private messages opened
Qualified after the script
The trap is volume: a rule that answers everything gets the page flagged. Keywords exist to answer fewer people, better.
How it runs
Connect the page
Official Meta login for the pages you manage.
Set the rule
Which post, which keywords, which public reply, which opening message.
Turn the AI on
Off by default, as everywhere else.
Read the event log
Every trigger is recorded, so a rule that misfires is visible before it becomes a habit.
FAQ
Is comment automation allowed? +
Through the official Meta APIs, yes, within their rules. Unofficial automation is what gets accounts restricted, and we do not do it.
Can I answer only some comments? +
That is the point of keywords, ignore lists and a blocklist. Answering everyone is how a page gets flagged.
Does the public reply repeat itself? +
Replies rotate and can use the person name, so a thread does not read like a wall of identical answers.
What about Messenger conversations? +
Same engine as Instagram: one script, one inbox, human takeover, and the call booked in a real calendar.
