Your next client is in your DMs. You are in a session.

Coaching is sold in conversations, and the conversations arrive while you coach: during a session, at 11pm, on Sunday. Answer late and the lead has moved on. Answer yourself and the evenings go. SetScale starts with one coach and one account, and grows when you do.

An answer within two minutes, day and night

Every new DM gets a reply within two minutes, whatever you are doing. The setter opens the conversation the way you would.

Your questions, your tone

You write the script once: goal, situation, budget, whatever tells you a call is worth taking. The setter asks one question at a time and never invents an offer.

Calls that hold

It proposes real slots from your calendar, confirms only once the prospect says yes, and sends reminders before the call.

You stay in control

You read every conversation, take over in one click, and the AI steps back on that thread. It is off by default until you switch it on.

What a week can look like for one coach

Assumed figures, not client results: we have no customer numbers to show yet and we will not invent any. Put your own in.

Calls booked per week

The number that matters is not messages answered, it is calls that actually happen. Reminders and follow-ups are there for that, from the first account.

How it runs

1

Describe your offer

What you sell, to whom, and what disqualifies someone. The setter only works from that.

2

Write your questions

The three or four things you need to know before a call is worth your time.

3

Connect your account

Instagram, WhatsApp or Messenger, through the official login. The first accounts are set up with us, on an onboarding call.

4

Read and correct

Each week, read ten conversations and fix one line of the script. That is the whole loop.

FAQ

Is this for solo coaches? +

Yes, that is the starting point: one coach, one account, one calendar. When you add a closer, a second offer or client accounts, the same workspace grows with you.

Will it book calls without my approval? +

It only proposes slots your calendar actually returned, and confirms a call only once the prospect has said yes to one of them. Nothing is booked behind your back.

What if the prospect wants a human? +

They can ask, or write STOP: the AI stops on that conversation and you take over. You can also take any conversation back in one click.

What about voice notes? +

A voice note is stored and acknowledged, and the setter asks for the key points in writing. Transcription is not in yet, and we say so rather than pretend.
